Garry Sneddon, CEO
Garry has worked internationally across many different verticals in technology & consulting roles including Pharmaceuticals, High Tech Electronics, Food & Drink as well as Housing, spending five years in the Social Housing Sector in Repairs Field Force Automation. Having had roles in Data Management, Business Transformation, Predictive Analytics across the UK, Europe, The Middle East & Eastern Europe, as well as having a degree in Business Analysis & Modelling, Garry has been involved with Machine Learning & AI since it's early inception (all the way back to SPSS & SAS), through the birth of real time predicitve analytics in the 90's ot the current day & he currently obsesses with how AI, data & engagement can drive the Social Housing Sector forward and improve the customer experience.
Peter Court - Senior Project Manager
Peter has worked in the software for housing sector for nearly 25 years with extensive knowledge of Repairs & Maintenance, Mobile and Scheduling systems & process optimisation. Strongly committed to customer delivery and service excellence, Peter has a deep understanding of how technology can improve repair service outcomes & has worked with 1st Touch, Aereon, Kirona & ROCC delivering a multitude of large repairs transformation projects.

Paul Bonser - Associate Senior Project Manager
Paul has a wealth of Housing & overall IT experience, previously being the IT Manager for a Housing Association and then moving into Consultancy, working with the OneAdvanced suite of Field Force Automation & Dynamic Scheduling product sets. Paul’s skillset also extends to repairs service audits, taking an analytical approach to looking at the drivers of repairs satisfaction & developing practical improvement plans leading to improved outcomes & KPIs.
Kai Jackson - Associate Senior Consultant
Kai is an experienced engagement professional, TPAS Associate & Tenant Advisory Panel Member for the National Housing Federation. Kai's areas of consulting expertise cover all aspects of tenant engagement including tenant scrutiny, co-creation, service design improvement & complaints reviews. Recently, Kai has launched a major inclusivity & diversity initiative in the sector titled 'Diverse Voices: Transforming Tenant Influence in Social Housing.'

Recognising that Social Landlords often have gaps in their existing IT estate capabilities, we can build & deploy low-code applications rapidly, making sure that data & insights are leverage where and when they need to be.
Phil Longhorn- Associate Senior Consultant
Phil brings extensive expertise in the social housing sector, specialising in repairs, maintenance, and compliance. With a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, Phil excels in enhancing operational efficiency and implementing innovative maintenance solutions. Notably, Phil has successfully collaborated with tenant liaison panels and managed fast response teams to address critical issues like damp and mould repairs. His work includes introducing and chairing repairs project teams & fostering tenant engagement & ensuring alignment with the Neighbourhood and Community Standard.
